The 26-year-old Rehab star, who has once again broken up with ex-husband Blake Fielder-Civil, was taken to the clinic at the weekend after a heavy drinking session.
A source said: "She's there because she had a load to drink and was really unwell afterwards. Not just sick, really poorly.
"But as she really likes it in there, she was happy to go in for a few days.
"She's spending more time in the clinic than anywhere else at the moment."
Less than a month ago she was treated for bumps and bruises after a drunken fall, and just a few weeks before that she was rushed in with agonizing pain from her boob implants.
